Team Information
You can register between one and four golfers per registration form. If you are paying for multiple golfers together as a team, it is recommended that you register all team members on the same form. If you are paying separately, but will be attending as part of a team, there is room below to indicate who your team members are. If you are attending as an individual, you will be placed with a team.
If you are attending as part of a group, but paying separately, please indicate the other members of your group here, along with any other requests we should be aware of.
Unless otherwise stated here, if you have requested a tax receipt, individual receipts will be issued to golfers using the addresses provided. If you require receipts to be combined or issued to a different address, please indicate that here.
